It's a simple one this week, a good old sandwich!
A lunchtime or on the go favourite, there's nothing better than a good sandwich. There are a number of ways to use your Biltong in this, either the slices as they come, chopped finer for an easier bite or, if you've left a pack open for a while and it's dried out try grating or grinding it to make a Biltong "dust".
30-50g of Biltong (depending on your meatiness preference)
Good Bread (Sourdough or fresh bloomer)
Cheese (Parmesan or Cottage, depending on your dryness preference)
Pickled Onions or Gherkins (or both)
